Trinity Rodman capped off the USWNT's 5-0 rout of Chile by coaxing coach Emma Hayes into a sideline dance, as a young American squad secured its fifth consecutive shutout Tuesday night.

In the 17th minute one of the best passes we’ve seen came from Ayo Oke, who herself was making her first USWNT start, came away with her first international assist as she played a perfect ball to midfielder Croix Bethune who fought through the challenge and needed just one look to give the USWNT the lead early.

The U.S. found its footing by the 46th minute, when U.S. debutant Reilyn Turner opened the scoring. The team carried this momentum into the second half, scoring five goals in 12 minutes, thanks to a brace from Ally Sentnor, lone goals from Rodman and Emma Sears and an own goal forced by Croix Bethune.

The U.S. Women's National team defeated Chile 5-0 in Santa Barbara, Calif. just two days after the USWNT faced Paraguay.

USWNT coach Emma Hayes heralded a "fresh start" for Trinity Rodman after the forward scored in just her second match since the 2024 Olympics in a 6-0 rout of Paraguay.
